MIND CTI to Host Annual Meeting of Shareholders

MIND C.T.I. LTD. (NASDAQ: MNDO), a leading global provider of real-time mediation, rating, billing and customer care solutions for pre-paid and post-paid multiple services, announces that the 2005 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Mind C.T.I. Ltd. will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. (Israel time), at the offices of the Company, Industrial Park, Building 7, Yoqneam 20692, Israel.

Please refer to the Company's Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Proxy Statement, which will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or about March 15, 2005.

Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2005 are entitled to vote at the Meeting. All shareholders are cordially invited to attend the Meeting in person. Shareholders who are unable to attend the Meeting in person are requested to complete, date and sign a form of proxy. Shareholders who attend the Meeting may revoke their proxies and vote their shares in person.
