MIND Expands Management Team to Reinforce Larger Deployments

MIND CTI Ltd. (NASDAQ: MNDO), a leading global provider of real-time mediation, rating, billing and customer care solutions for pre-paid and post-paid voice, data and content, today announced the appointment of Mr. Dudi Avni, as VP Professional Services. This appointment marks the increasing focus on deploying larger projects as well as strengthening relationships with Tier 1 customers.

Mr. Avni brings prominent management experience with global IT operations, enterprise systems and large customer care & billing solutions. Recently Mr. Avni was VP at Amdocs, with responsibility for customer care & billing deployments at large operators. Prior to that he served as CIO for Osem Group (Nestle Israel). Mr. Avni holds an M.B.A, along with a B.Sc. in Mathematics & Computer Science and a B.A. in Economics from the Tel-Aviv University.

The Company also announced the appointment of Mr. Sagee Aran, as VP of Sales for Asia Pacific and Africa. Mr. Aran served as VP Professional Services at MIND and was also responsible for the company’s sales in Asia Pacific and Africa.
